Welcome to our District Leadership Academy web site.  The District 5110 Leadership Academy is a nine month series of courses and meetings designed to increase the knowledge of Past Rotary Club Presidents in order to prepare them for leadership at the district level. At present we have 100+ Graduates of the Academy who are filling many key district positions."

For the Leadership Academy Class of 2009, all course materials (other than Rotary International printed materials which will be provided to all participants) will be found on this web site.  These materials are available for download in two formats, Adobe PDF and Microsoft Word (where possible). 

In addition, we will be using online learning materials in the Rotary International eLearning Center.  These "courses" have been developed in Power Point and formatted for web site viewing in either Microsoft Explorer or Netscape browsers.  You do not need to have PowerPoint software or the PowerPoint viewer installed on your system.  It is strongly recommended that all LA students have the latest versions of either the Internet Explorer or Netscape browser installed on their computer to insure the best possible web site viewing of these RI eLearning courses.

As the Leadership Academy grows and changes, so does this web site.  Be sure to visit the "What's New Page" each and every time you visit the site so you'll be current on all of the latest additions and/or changes.
